Always thought there was a fundamental flaw in the editing of the show. Episodes tend to
end with the traitors deciding on a shortlist of who they plan on murdering. To maintain the suspense for the audience the start of the next episode is people coming in for breakfast with the last people entering being those who were on the murder shortlist (minus the person actually murdered. Seems to me you just need to make a note of who comes in last for breakfast and there's a pretty good chance they are faithful, would certainly narrow down who the traitors are.
