Reflecting, I think this arrangement Inc the £25 makes sense.

I’m a bit disappointed that the club isn’t getting more cash upfront, but then again, if it were, the minority shareholders might be less inclined to waive their right to a similar offer.

This is about giving the club a cash boost, (£4.8m), saving interest on debt, and getting MA to parity in terms of shareholding.

The three year window thing could be waived too.

It’s a positive step, who would have thought 18 months ago that we’d be where we are now? Even 12 months ago this looked along way off.
