There are some basic facts that we know, and somethings we don’t.

Facts

The club is going to issue 194k new ordinary shares to someone (or some people)
Those people are going to pay for those shares (an amount equal to market value for that size shareholding)

Things we don’t know

How much they’re paying
Who is buying them

There’s not really anything else to know.
