Because the PinkUn clearly don't!

The only thing I took away was that Delia & Michael's current 53% won't be a majority any longer, unless they also buy some of the new shares which I think is unlikely.

What's the current share value? Presumably the allotting is at the same value so could be worked out straightforwardly.

Weirdest bit in the PinkUn article for me was saying it was worrying that this was the only way of reducing borrowing. Beyond player sales and promotion what other ways did they think there were?!
