I though the FA had spoken to clubs about time wasting in close season

clearly they didn't speak to the refs as so far every team coming to Carrow Road has wasted time from about 20 mins in

Ref ignores the first 6 times then warns the player three time then ignores it and finally may book the player on 86 minutes ( and then the goalie booked in added time)

solution - sin bin 10 minutes, as soon a the first player is sin binned it will stop. If it happens in the last 10 mins then they go off for rest of the game and stay off for any extra time. No limit to number of players sin binned so a team could be down to 8 players for several minutes
