Tomkinson is probably not ready for the PL right now.

There are a lot of questions over the CB's at the club.

If you think that's an area we need a re-vamp than maybe building a back 4 around Andrew O and Tomkinson is the way to go if we are looking to build a team to be competitive in the PL.
