guess its hard to build that consistency when on the back foot all the time

It will be so crucial this year to create a spine of the team that we OWN and will RETAIN if we are promoted.

Bringing in another Skipp just to get us up, and hoping that we'll be able to find and bed in an replacement, is too much of a gamble.

I don't think we have any Emi situations so that feels academic now, fortunately.
