Players mindset will be massive next season.

Quite a few who will have to 'go again' knowing that they've got a 46 game slog only to get promoted and knowing they're not good enough in the Prem. To do this a 3rd time is asking quite a lot.
I think the squad needs a proper refresher. Might be good to move on a few established players.
