We have never had so many out on loan as now.
We have never recruited so much from the Hail Mary pool (Sitti? Soto? Sinani?)

And there is a cost to all this, all those loan moves & contract cancellations. Note that City spent more on agent fees in the last year than five other PL clubs (and everyone in the Champs bar Fulham).
