I agree, we haven't really given the model a chance, afterall...

it is supposed to be a long term plan. It has served well for a couple of years, we can't just give up ecause of a seemingly barren year. We have Andy O, Idah and Rowe making the step up. A few out on loan that are playing, e.g. Dennis, Adshead and Famewo...so its not looking so bad but its interesting to hear Smith's comments on the development squads, he obviously thinks there are some there that could make the step up into the mens game.
