Yep it's a decent point

Managing the public and worldwide reaction on both sides is properly important.

It already sounds as if they (Russia) would like to sit down and negotiate with Ukraine and wrap this up.

Tbh I think most world leaders will quite fancy getting this tidied as quickly as possible with the minimum of fuel disruption.

The challenge now is to bring it to a resolution that both sides can present as a 'win'.
