Thanks Astro - that's really interesting
My attitude is that I don't want to make booze the enemy - but I have to pull back from it being the immovable default... particularly at home.
I still don't quite understand why I feel so much better this year than I when I abstained 12 months ago - but it's definitely a feeling to grasp and bottle (excuse the pun).
