The false dream we're sold that if only we did this... then we'd be able to become

a secure mid table team competing for Europe. If only we gave it a go like Brentford are (or like Sheff Utd did last time we were up) except, none of that will last. Those teams will yo yo unless they find billions (and even then, there's a good chance they won't become part of the elite and may well have sold their soul for the dream).

In the meantime, we get angry, frustrated and miserable about it all
