a kind of ESL-lite and the practical effect this many years on is that a billionaire owner is effectively the bar to entry. There's muttering about removing parachute payments which would further concentrate "success" in the hands of "big clubs". The shop is pretty closed and if closeder were a word, that's what it's ever becoming.
