Para payments is becoming a real conundrum

Champ clubs are rightly getting fed up of the yo-yo teams (us, Fulham, West Brom, Bournemouth could be next).

It was never a given that relegated teams would go back, but it's getting far more likely now.

Removing them would just create a whole new problem though, as you rightly point out.
