And have recruited loads,so, probably...

Being able to do more policy outside of London would likely help - we take people mostly in their 30s with a combo of academic and industrial experience.Most of them aren't in a position to up sticks to Whitehall for low pay (London wise)with a family in tow.

The government science and engineering profession also seems to be higher profile too...

Should filter through in the next decade :)
