Would be nice if we were ahead of the curve rather than kneejerking at this point... Suspect that there's a degree of pride behind how high up people (in business and governments)have stuck with some decisions tbh.

Still a remarkable number who are thinking in terms of 'when we get back to how it was before' - therein missing a real opportunity to re engineer things to be better.
