The reason we're worse then Brentford and Watford is because we sold our best player

There's no commitment at the club to hold on to our best players even when we get promoted and receive lot's of TV money. That just doesn't add up. Why did we need to sell our best player even after the windfall from promotion?

You would never see Toney sold by Brentford or Sarr by Watford after promotion.
