I don't see the distinction

unvaxxed - stupid - therefore don't treat - but same for eg smokers

unvaxxed - get in your way, because being treated (& it's their fault) - but again, eg smokers get in your way, because treated, because they're stupid (& you have to pay for them)

it's all the same isn't it?
