And it could have gone either way. We were lucky that it went the good way for us - this call wasn’t based on scientific analysis but political pressure from the right wing of the Conservative Party many of whom oppose any restrictions - you’ll see a bunch of them voting against the latest lot. Most other countries stared at us in disbelief and most serious papers ran editorials against the idea. But it’s unquestionably been beneficial. That’s been lucky for us.
