they cost you

both in the cost of treatment, paid for by "you", and because the NHS, whilst treating them, is not treating you.

the only basis of your argument is that is that one group is undeserving of treatment - which is the problem. if you think they're equally deserving, then why not treat them? I understand you're "enough is enough" - but think it leads to a different conclusion
