Its very simple to lose weight, whatever people say or try to sell you.
Consume fewer calories than your daily allowance which for man is approx 2500. Exercise as well. Any kind of body movement to increase your heart rate. Drink water, more water, then, lots more water!
Its not easy. The older you get the harder it is to shift fat. There's no quick fix. It takes time!
