Sure, I was just saying that at the time, no-one was really *sure* about transmission.
Caution, given the situation, isn't an unreasonable response. Of course, the (mostly tabloid-based) media, given their need for publicity, clicks and reaction, always overstate whatever their given direction is at the time. That's pretty much how it's worked here for decades now.
