I might be being harsh I suppose

I need to remember that you only tend to hear when stuff goes wrong.

I've had experiences with Kwik Fit, National, F1 autocentres and main dealerships where they tried to tell me things were wrong which I knew weren't. I know my way around a car and seeing them wriggle when called out on it pissed me right off. Had I been less informed I'd have got stung badly.

I just prefer to give my business to good independents. They tend to guard their reputations better.
