I've stayed off social media generally, but decided to join up here thinking it'd be fairly harmonious given that we all have something in common.

I've now been called a moron, idiot, apologist for slavery, stupid, slave trade lover and someone called Gaz. I'm none of those. Ok, possibly an idiot sometimes, but not for the reasons given on here.
