Still got a gleaming car park, could convert all the shops into flats for the homeless

Leave a couple of units to install a kitchen or two, barbers and a laundromat so they can cook their grub and do their dhobi and whatknot and and then during the day, they could wash cars or do some gardening up on the roof, maybe grow some salad and that for the kitchens and some lovely herbs. Like a kibbutz really but without the oranges and obviously spelled differently to avoid confusion with proper kibbutzes. Could even do minor car repairs (under tuition). Minor celebs like 🐜 middleton or sarah beeney could be bussed in to give advice and inspirational talks.
