I don’t agree. The season is 38 games. If 38 games aren’t played there is
No end to the season. The season is in reality cancelled. That’s the scenario I’m talking about and it’s not covered in the rules/articles. They will need to amended by the company and that decision is what I think could be challenged legally if it u fairly prejudices certain shareholders.
If the season finishes then I agree there is a weak case.
Just my opinion.
