I don’t see it stacking up legally

Teams in the premier league are shareholders.

Surely there must be a reasonably good argument that a decision by the premier league which requires them to surrender their shares to Leeds, WBA or Fulham in this scenario (or indeed any scenario where the league fixtures don’t complete) is unfairly prejudicial to the three shareholders effected.

Not my area of expertise so I may be completely wrong but it just doesn’t feel right and in my experience when that is the case there is usually a legal angle.
