why is that disagreeing with me?

what do you think policy makers, epidemiologists, politicians et al are all doing other that working out risks etc associated with this virus? How would you decide whether to build a Nightingale Hospital, or not? Or cancel other patients' operations? Or whether schools should return, and if so when? Just guess?
