Don’t understand the flack NCFC and other clubs have had

With the Furloughed Leave and the gov having to pay the 80% as oppose to the club paying it. Surely it’s business sense to use the government’s policy? It would have been better if the Gov capped which businesses can use the Policy based on annual turnover and that they should be able to use their own means to pay employees. NCFC are just exercising their to right to use the policy and topping up the additional 20%.
