he actually sounded for more normal and empathetic than is often the case should perhaps tell his advisers that he should do it more often.

See also Corbyn and his refusal to apologise on the Andrew Neil interview. He just ended up looking stupid.

Somewhere along the line the trend has got out there amongst these guys that being normal or just holding your hands up for things is bad.
