To be honest, I'd have to say that my perception coming back is that Norwich has

a major homelessness problem. Or at least one of the most visible.

I think the only other UK city I visit often which is comparable is Glasgow.

However, it could also be that I notice it more because it is my home city and the increase is very noticeable when you're away for months at a time.
