i would not be surprised of some of this is directly related to london

with the rise in knife crime and gang wars in the london drug scene many of the people involved have migrated out to exploit county lines/less sophisticated policing etc.

it's a problem for norwich but not wholly of norwich in my opinion and thus the whole of the problem needs treating and not just by throwing a soup kitchen at the back end of it. glibly flinging 20,000 more mental health nurses at the problem just treats the symptoms not the underlying cause, even an idiot like me can see that it needs a more joined up approach which will never happen because of, erm, what on earth could it be? oh yeah, party f**king politics.
