I have argued in the past that the Macpherson Report findings trump all on racism.

The definition of a racist incident will include ‘any incident which is perceived to be racist by the victim or any other person.’ This has made me think again. DB clearly didn’t mean it to be racist. thoughtless and crass, yes. Racist, not a chance. Mustard. Colmans’s.
