Nobody can seriously think he posted that intending it to be interpreted in the way it could be and has been by many. Why would he? Of course you can argue he should have realised that but that doesn’t make him racist or mean he deserves to lose his job over it.

And in this day and age one mistake is enough for the social media jury and mob to take you down and destroy your life.
