We should have a people's vote

Never again or every few years to see what the current opinion is.

I think unborn children should have a say on this. And people who have votes remaining when they die (see below) can leave instructions in their will to allocate them to future votes or donate them to people who haven't got any or gift them to family.

I also think you should only have a certain amount of votes in your lifetime ie 9, so you if you use them all before you die you have no voice anymore.
