Rr Webber/weaver and the academy my only point is really that it’s too soon to form a judgment but the presence of Aarons, Lewis and Godfrey in the first team is not necessarily evidence that all the recent changes were needed, indeed you could argue that it showed the previous academy staff were finally starting to get results.
