Results seem to have tailed off but if you listen to Weaver it seems that will be inevitable as the focus is more on creating a few decent individuals capable of stepping up to the first team rather than creating decent youth teams.

Time will tell. The current youngsters doing well for the first team were all brought in well before Webber. It will be what we have coming through in 3-4 years time that will be the acid test of the long term strategy.

At least the foreign recruitment has been decent so far!
