Since promotion in 2015, we'd also lost Redmond, Grabban (I'd argue we've been on a downward slide as a team ever since he fell out with AN), Brady, O'Neil, and Olsson... and none of Wes, Ruddy or even CamJam were as good as they'd previously been.

Of the players we'd lost, what quality had we replaced them with? What leaders and big characters/personalities had we replaced them with? Much of the squad peaked in 2014/15. Many players were either on the downward slope or gone by the time we hit 2016/17.
