I agree with much of that. There's no argument that we should've stuck with Irvine though

The season was over. So we cruised in, producing a couple of typical Norwich away day no shows, playing nice stuff at home. We were on autopilot frankly. Irvine is a coach, not a manager; his record as the latter is pretty dreadful overall.

Of course, the question is whether Farke might just be a coach too. But the uprooting of everything made Irvine a non-starter.
