And around me yes there were groans or exasperation when he f**ked up a 3 on one break etc but I honestly don’t think any worse than for any other player. Perhaps there were groans more often because he used to make poor decisions more often than many other players when he was having a bad day but there was also a lot of genuine support for both Josh and Jacob around where I sit.

In any event I don’t see why Webber would say that, especially as it was said deliberately in our farewell quotes about Murphy and not some throwaway comment. Don’t see why he can’t just say that we had a good offer and the player wanted the opportunity of playing in the premier league, rather than this constant spin from Webber every time he sells a player.
