Good post Jim. I agree that Wes could have been the answer to easing JM's workload.

It does feel like Wes hasn't played enough but I do personally trust Farke's judgement on this. He may genuinely have felt that Wes just wasn't at the level he needed and it doesn't look as if there is any beef between them.
