6 cubicles, 4 were blocked with s**t and toilet paper with some s**t on the floor. One had a door missing (WTF?) and the last was missing a toilet seat. How the f**k to you break a seat or why steal it (wouldn't put it passed someone)?
Needless to say I couldn't release the otter.
