The only thing I could think of

would be to do a sort of 'swap shop' thing, whereby all supporters that want to keep their season ticket but change seats at the end of the season put their into the ring for swapping. So if I'm in the lower Barclay and want to swap I get a list of other tickets and I can swap to that seat. I don't directly swap seats as such but my ticket is available for someone else. There maybe we'll be issues with getting that to work and it wouldn't guarantee that people that people who wanted to sing sat in the Barclay but it would help.

If you're making suggestions to the club then I also think having no music before the game would help as it would allow the atmosphere in stands to build before the game (as it used to). The music is so loud there is no chance of this happening at present.
