It isn't a PB-friendly 10k course if you ask me.

Too cramped at the start, and not level enough. I was 55:40 last year, but I think I'm in better nick this year, so I'll be hoping to beat that. But probably not a PB; I'd have to take three and a half minutes off last year's time for that, and I don't think that's happening.
