up until 4 weeks ago I physically couldn't pass 5km

Had a big word with myself, got up 2 hours before run, ate massive porridge and bananas, glass of water for lube, no more grub or water for and hour then went for it.

Did 8km right off the bat. Followed this template and did 9km yesterday. the trick for me is not eating too near the start time and not starting my run too fast. Good luck pal I'm no runner but maybe have a bash tonight or tomorrow then rest until the big day.
