You get put into coloured zones, you need to get into the City with plenty time before the start. Most people will be gathering around the Forum. The start is on Gentlemans walk but the runners queue up Gaol hill, past City hall and down Bethel St.

55 minutes would be a decent time, last year I did 66 minutes I think but it was ridiculously hot on the day.

My tip is to have someone half way round with a water bottle as the water stations last year run out. Be prepared for Rose lane.
