Re Chase

Pretty certain that unlike Delia he never put any of his own money in and, in fact, took money out since I seem to recall the club were paying a lot of money for services to companies that conveniently were owned by Chase. So there is a key reason why he is viewed differently from Delia (the success thing is a red herring because in the days when he owned the club there was nothing like the divide between rich and poor that now exists in football and it was much, much easier for clubs with resources like ours to achieve relative success)
