Seems to me reasonably likely it was "terrorist"

(albeit not v organised) but I spose it may be "merely" "hate", and plainly hard to tell at the mo

I don't really see why the perpetrator needs to be part of an organisation to make it terrorist - the bloke on Westminster bridge eg - probably just "inspired" by ISIS, if that's the right word ...
