Getting all those wins against lower ranked teams will put them up the rankings and get some momentum, like a team that gets in the playoffs on the last day.

Not in O'Neil's or NI control what other teams achieve or how good their players are. Holland, Sweden etc are currently crap, that's why they're lower in the rankings.

The Euros were expanded so there was an easier chance of qualifying and thus finishing higher in a group as there's more groups with s**tter teams.

He's done a good job but not inspirational.
